TEO-YAP Bee Luang Angela

Angela is a Senior Partner of the Firm. She heads our Real Estate and Conveyancing Practice and is also a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths.

Her areas of real estate practice include the acquisition and divestment of residential, commercial and industrial properties, property joint ventures, real estate financing and security documentation, residential and commercial leasing. Her clients include statutory boards, private and public companies, multi-national corporations, commercial banks and finance companies. She also handles probate and administration matters as well as general solicitor’s work.

She recently acted for the Singapore Tourism Board and Sentosa Development Corporation in respect of the Integrated Resorts development projects at Marina Bay and on Sentosa. She also advised the Singapore Tourism Board on transactions for the lease and development of the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple in Chinatown as well as the Singapore Flyer, the giant observation wheel attraction at the Marina Centre Promontary.

A graduate of the then University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree, she was called to the Singapore Bar in 1979. She joined Donaldson & Burkinshaw in 1980 and has been a Partner since 1983.
