YAP-NG Pit May Annie (Consultant)

Annie is a Consultant with our Real Estate and Conveyancing Practice.

She specialises in conveyancing (real estate including property development projects), banking loans and security documentation, property financing, landlord and tenant matters, and general solicitors work.

She also handles probate and administration matters.

Annie graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree from the then University of Singapore and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1976.

Annie first joined A S K Wee in 1976. After three years of practice, she set up the firm of Ng Yap & Partners in 1979, and was in practice until March 2007. She joined Donaldson & Burkinshaw in August 2007.
