HAN May Ching Ida

Ida is a Partner in our Corporate and Commercial Practice.

She specialises in general corporate and commercial matters (including mergers and acquisitions, property financing, loans and security documents, employment law). She also undertakes conveyancing, corporate intellectual property, as well as general litigation matters.

Ida graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) degree from the Council for National Academic Awards, United Kingdom and was called to the English Bar in 1988. She is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1989. Prior to joining Donaldson & Burkinshaw, Ida worked in various large corporations in Singapore as Head of Legal and General Counsel. She has also worked as Foreign Counsel in the State of California, the Unite States of America.
