KOAY Min Pin


Min Pin is a Partner in the Firm's Intellectual Property Practice as well as a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths.

She has taught Business Law at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore and has lectured and tutored in various IP seminars and courses, including those conducted by the Intellectual Property Academy of Singapore.

She has also presented talks on IP developments in Singapore to multinational corporations and members of the International Trademark Association (INTA).

She is a registered Patent Agent in Singapore, a member of the Association of Singapore Patent Attorneys (ASPA) and a member of the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, U.K.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree from the University of Liverpool, U.K., she was called to the English Bar. She obtained her Master of Laws degree from The London School of Economics, U.K., specialising in Corporate & Commercial Law. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1989.

Min Pin joined Donaldson & Burkinshaw as a pupil and has practiced IP law since.
