We handle trade and service marks, patents and designs protection and enforcement litigation as well as complete management of IP portfolios, commercialisation and licensing of IP and technology rights. Our IP lawyers practise the full spectrum of IP law, including entertainment law, digital media, internet and information technology issues. They also sit on a number of committees within the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) and the International Trade mark Association (INTA) and contribute papers to professional publications, books and journals. We assist with the commercialisation, exploitation and licensing of IP rights and may engage in negotiating, preparing and reviewing agreements for the development and protection of such assets. We render advice and provide practical solutions to our clients in the areas of agency and distributorship, protection of copyright, confidential information, trade secrets, data and computer software, issues concerning parallel imports, the transfer of rights and technology, internet domain names protection and disputes, information technology, electronic commerce, advertising and entertainment.

We have the expertise to handle the drafting of patent specifications for pursuing patent protection in the fields of information technology, electronics and mechanics. We are expanding our in-house drafting capability to other areas such as chemistry, pharmaceuticals and bio-technology which we now handle by working closely with affiliated patent firms.

Our IP professionals are supported by executive and support staff who function within well-managed divisions. These include the trade marks and designs registration department, the patent prosecution department and the enforcement department.
