Our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice (LDRP) is committed to strategically protecting and enforcing clients’ legal rights and best interests in accordance with the law, with 24/7 responsiveness and 80/20 (pareto) effectiveness, at reasonable and affordable costs to clients.

We offer a full range of civil litigation services, advising on and dealing with claims, disputes and contentious matters relating to banking, insurance, building and construction, commercial contracts, property transactions, tenancy, employment, professional negligence and malpractice, professional misconduct, intellectual property, insolvency, land acquisitions, corporations, shareholders, family, trust, probate, and defamation.

Since March 2010, a dedicated Medico-Legal Practice Group (MLPG) was formed as a subsidiary of our LDRP to build up our existing portfolio of medico-legal work, so as to meet the increasingly complex legal needs of the healthcare industry professionals in the light of rising claims and complaints by better educated public, and growing claims and disputes involving healthcare establishments, pharmaceutical corporations and manufacturers and suppliers of medical devices.
