Magdalene is a Partner in our Corporate and Commercial Practice.
She has extensive experience in a wide spectrum of general corporate and commercial matters (including, loans and security documents and matters covering employment law and insurance law).
Magdalene has worked in both the public and private financial services sectors (with wealth management experience) in Singapore; where she held various positions as legal counsel, compliance officer, and insurance operations and head of claims.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree from University of London and was called to the English Bar in 1995. She is a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1996. She joined Donaldson & Burkinshaw in 2010.
She is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
