
Min Pin is a Partner in our Intellectual Property Practice.
She has taught Business Law at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore and has also lectured and tutored in various Intellectual Property seminars and courses, including those conducted by the Intellectual Property Academy of Singapore.
Min Pin is a registered Patent Agent in Singapore, and a member of the Association of Singapore Patent Agents (ASPA).
After graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree from the University of Liverpool, U.K., in 1985, she was called to the English Bar in 1986. She is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn. In 1987, she obtained her Master of Laws degree from The London School of Economics, U.K., specialising in Corporate & Commercial Law.
Min Pin joined Donaldson & Burkinshaw as a pupil in 1988 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1989. She has since practised intellectual property law at both Donaldson & Burkinshaw and at Ella Cheong & G. Mirandah.
