Yap Ng Pit May Annie

Annie specialises in conveyancing (real estate including property development projects), banking loans and security documentation, property financing, landlord and tenant matters, and general solicitors work. She also handles probate and administration matters.

Annie graduated with a LL.B. (Hons) degree from the then University of Singapore and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1976. She first joined Messrs. A S K Wee. After three years of practice, she set up the firm of Messrs. Ng Yap & Partners in 1979 and was in practice till March 2007. She joined Donaldson & Burkinshaw on 1st August 2007.
