Chia Yee Chern Daniel

 

Daniel practises in conveyancing work (real estate), property financing, landlord and tenant, loans and security documents and general solicitors work. He graduated with a LL.B. (Hons) degree from the University of Liverpool in 1987 and was called to the English Bar in 1988 and is a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1989. He was also admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1990.

 

He has worked in the public and private sectors in Singapore and his experience also includes practice in Malaysia. He joined Donaldson & Burkinshaw as an Associate Partner in January 2002 and became a Partner of the firm in January 2008. He is also a Commissioner for Oaths.
