Chi Duan
practises in general civil and commercial litigation, with particular emphasis in
the areas of intellectual property, medical negligence and malpractice,
insurance, building and construction, landlord and tenant law.
She graduated
with a LL.B. (Hons) degree from the National University of Singapore in 1996.
After serving her pupillage with Wee Swee Teow & Company and subsequently,
Donaldson & Burkinshaw, she was admitted as an advocate and Solicitor of
