Ida is an Associate Partner in our Corporate Department. She specialises in general corporate and commercial matters (including mergers and acquisitions, property financing, loans and security documents, employment law). She also undertakes conveyancing and corporate intellectual property matters, as well as general litigation.
Ida graduated with a BA. (Hons) degree from the Council for National Academic Awards, United Kingdom and was called to the English Bar in 1988. She is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn. She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1989 and has worked as a Foreign Counsel in California, the United States of America. Ida has also worked in various leading companies in Singapore as Head of Legal and General Counsel.
