Koay Min Pin
Min Pin practises in the area of Intellectual Property Law. After
graduating with a LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Liverpool, U.K., in 1985, she was called to the English
Bar in 1986. She is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn. In 1987, she obtained her LLM degree from The London School of
Economics, U.K., specialising in Corporate & Commercial Law.
She joined
Donaldson & Burkinshaw as a pupil in 1988 and was admitted as an Advocate
& Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1989. She has since
practised Intellectual Property Law both at Donaldson & Burkinshaw and at Ella
Cheong & G. Mirandah, as well as taught Business Law
at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore. She was made an Associate
Partner of the firm in September 2000 and a Partner in January 2008. She is a
registered Patent Agent in Singapore, and a member of the Association
of Singapore Patent Agents (ASPA).
