Lin Ming Khin Charles

Charles is a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths. He practises in general, commercial, divorce and corporate litigation as well as arbitration work. He obtained his LL.B. (Hons) degree from the University of Buckingham and was admitted to the English Bar in 1989. He is a member of the Honourable Society of Middle Temple. After serving pupillage with Donaldson & Burkinshaw, he was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He joined Donaldson & Burkinshaw in 1989 and was made an Associate Partner in 1995. Charles became a Partner in January 2008.
