Tan Pei Luan

Pei Luan is an Associate in our Corporate and Commercial Practice.

She advises the firm’s local and international clients on the structuring of commercial transactions, contracts, corporate secretarial matters, employment and immigration matters.

Pei Luan graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from National Taiwan University, Taiwan. She subsequently obtained her Master of Law degree from Boston University, USA and a Bachelor of Law (Hons.) degree from the University of Manchester, England. 

She joined Donaldson & Burkinshaw in 2006 and was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2010.

Pei Luan is also a qualified Chartered Secretary, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administration (UK) and a member of the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administration.
